We use only the finest flours imported directly from Italy, then we add spring water, yeast, salt, pinch of sugar and olive oil. Dough is always fresh, never frozen prior to the chef preparing.

We do not, every sauce is made fresh daily with the best quality ingredients available, by the chef and specifically chosen to give the most delicious wood-fired pizza.

We can cook up to 60 pizzas an hour for parties and celebrations.

We cook every pizza at approximately 800 degrees.

Yes! We utilize 100% wood; no electricity or gas is used in our cooking operation.

We utilize any hard woods, mainly ash now.

We cook continuous pizzas for a designated amount of time and serve them buffet style, cut into smaller pieces, so guests may have the option to try variety of pizzas, not just one.

All of them! Weddings, graduations, birthdays, corporate functions, block parties, tail gates, etc.

We will travel up to one hour from 43230.

We charge a $150 set up fee, $100 save the date fee that goes towards the total, and a $600 food minimum. Payment of services is due in full prior to the event.

We operate rain or shine.

Cancellations must be no less then 48 hours prior to the day of the event.

Our 10 inch Heat & Eats are made to order pizzas during vending range from $9 – $12 each.
